HOME | Learn what is involved in supporting someone to die at home

Over 70% of people want to die at home. Few end up doing so, in part due to a loss of knowledge and skills within the community on how to make this possible. This workshop aims to provide information and foster conversation about what we can do as family, carers and friends to support those we love and care for in the last weeks and days with us, and once they have died.
